Gastronomy, heir to a millenary history
In the 12th century the Carthusian monks from France found in the Priorat mountains the ideal place to develop their spirituality and founded the first Carthusian monastery in the Iberian Peninsula. They also introduced the techniques of cultivation and wine production of which we are heirs. The gastronomy that we propose, based on local products, is the ideal complement to the excellent wine offer that the wineries of the region produce both in the Priorat and Montsant appellations of origin.
