When the Carthusian monks founded their monastery at the foot of the Serra del Montsant in the 12th century, they taught us the way. Now we have rehabilitated their farm, where they cultivated the ceps, the olive trees and the orchards to offer a unique stay in an exceptional place.

Gastronomy, heir to a millenary history
In the 12th century, the Carthusian monks from France found in the mountains of Priorat the ideal place to develop their spirituality and founded the first Carthusian monastery in the Iberian Peninsula. In addition, they introduced the cultivation and wine production techniques of which we are heretics. The gastronomy that we propose, based on local products, is the ideal complement to the excellent offer of wine that the cellars of the region produce both in the Priorat and Montsant appellations of origin.
