Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- For the good gifts: we will send it to you by email within 24 hours.
- For wine: the delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours after the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments). For other destinations the delivery time is 3-6 days.
If for any reason the order is delayed we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, provided that the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by both parties.
What is the cost of the transaction?
- For the good gifts: sending by email is free of charge.
- For wine: the cost depends on the weight of the wine:
- Spain (mainland): up to 6 bottles of 75cl., 9€.
- Balearic Islands: up to 6 bottles of 75cl., 15€.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: no shipping
- EU countries: up to 6 bottles of 75cl., 20€.
- Suïssa: up to 6 blisters of 75cl., 30€.
- USA: fins to 6 blisters of 75cl., 120€.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the messenger will deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will send you a notice so that you can contact them and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address you indicated or to one of the carrier's offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and we will refund you the remaining amount plus the cost of returning the package.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
