The return policy is as follows:

For gift vouchers: 14 days from the date of issue of the voucher.

For wine purchases: 14 days from receipt of order

For hotel reservations: as indicated in the conditions of the chosen hotel rate

All refunds will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.
