How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• For gift vouchers: we will send them to you by email within a maximum of 24 hours.
• For wine: the delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours from the time the order is placed (only for shipments to mainland Spain). For other destinations the delivery time is 3-6 days.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to inform you.

Once the order has been placed, no changes to the shipping address are permitted, unless the customer is responsible for the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the cost of shipping?

• For gift vouchers: email delivery is free.
• For wine: the cost depends on its weight:
  • Spain (mainland): up to 6 bottles of 75cl., €9
  • Balearic Islands: up to 6 bottles of 75cl., €15
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we do not ship
  • EU countries: up to 6 bottles of 75cl., €20
  • Switzerland: up to 6 bottles of 75cl., €30
  • USA: up to 6 bottles of 75cl., €120

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

After the first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice so that you can contact them and arrange a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier's offices.
After another failed attempt, your order will be cancelled and we will refund the amount of the order minus the cost of returning the package.
