When the Chartreux founded their monastery at the foot of the Montsant mountain range in the 12th century, they showed us the way. Today, we have refurbished their farm, where they cultivate their vines, olive trees and orchards to offer a unique stay in an exceptional place.

Heritage gastronomy from an ancient history
In the twelfth century, some Chartreuse monks from France found in the Priorat mountains the ideal place to develop their spirituality and founded the first Chartreuse of the Iberian Peninsula. They have also introduced the techniques of culture and wine production that we have learned. The gastronomy that we propose, based on local products, is the ideal complement to the excellent offer of wines that the wineries of the region produce in the Priorat and Montsant appellations of origin.
