Refund policy

The return policy is as follows:

For the cadeaux chèques: 14 days after the broadcasting of the chèque.

For wine purchases: 14 days from receipt of order

For hotel reservations: as indicated in the conditions of the chosen hotel rate

All replacements will be made on the same payment method as the one used for the purchase.
