How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• For the cadeaux chèques : we will send it to you by email within a maximum of 24 hours.
• For wine: the delivery time for orders is from 24 to 72 hours after the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments). For the rest of the destinations, the delivery time is from 3 to 6 days.

If for any reason the order must be delayed, we will contact you to inform you.

Once the order has been placed, no modification of the delivery address is authorized, except if the customer is responsible for the costs and if this is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

• For the blind children: the shipment by email is free of charge.
• For wine: the cost depends on its weight:
  • Spain (peninsula) : up to 6 bottles of 75cl., 9 €.
  • Îles Baléares : jusqu'à 6 bouteilles de 75cl., 15 €.
  • Îles Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla: we do not expose
  • EU countries: up to 6 bottles of 75cl., 20 €.
  • Suisse : jusqu'à 6 bouteilles de 75cl., 30 €.
  • USA : jusqu'à 6 bouteilles de 75cl., 120 €.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier will deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will send you a shipping notice so that you can contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the delivery address you have indicated or to one of the carrier's offices.
After a new unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and we will refund you the reduced amount of the return shipping costs.
