Fran López takes over the gastronomic management of Mater Terrae

Terra Dominicata is pleased to announce that chef Fran López has taken over the gastronomic direction of the hotel's restaurant.

Fran López is the chef and owner of the restaurants Villa Retiro and Xerta, both with a Michelin star, and is the leading exponent of the gastronomic revolution that is taking place in the south of Catalonia.

The chef is a great defender of the local produce of Terres de l'Ebre and the Delta and is therefore the ideal person to lead Terra Dominicata's gastronomy, where respect for local produce and nature is essential.

Mater Tierra's new menu is a balanced symphony that accompanies you on a sensory journey to discover the flavours of our land.

A tribute to the local produce that with natural cooking intensifies the aromas and textures for a sublime culinary experience.
